I ran into an issue getting my setup working and reached out to hero.co support. The first reply took a bit, but once they got back to me, I could tell they had actually read my message instead of sending some generic copy-paste answer.
The support person walked me through a few checks, explained things clearly, and helped me get it fixed. It was really reassuring to deal with someone who knew what they were doing, and even though the response speed wasn’t perfect, I felt taken care of in the end

I tried to cancel and return my order, and it was a hassle. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, this process felt a lot more confusing than it needed to be. The replies took a while and didn’t really clear things up, so I’m still not totally sure what’s going on with my refund. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I’ve been using the hero device for a few months now, and when it’s working properly, it’s helpful. The reminders are great and it does make things easier day to day, but every so often it gets stuck or throws an error even though nothing seems to be wrong.
Support was able to help me reset it, which I appreciated, but I was definitely expecting a faster response when something medication-related isn’t working right. For the price, I just expected it to be a little more dependable. It’s not a bad device, just frustrating at times.

I’ve found the reminders from hero.co genuinely useful. They show up when I need them, without feeling annoying or overdone, and I’m not forgetting things the way I used to.
For anyone else who just wants a simple reminder system that actually keeps you on track, I think this does the job really well. Nothing complicated, just helpful in the right way.

Using this app kind of gets on my nerves, honestly. For simple things I feel like I have to tap way too many times, which is not great. Also some pages load slow on my phone, so I end up just waiting there awkwardly.

I was kind of rushing, so I was relieved that refilling and loading my Hero was super easy. No mess, nothing confusing, and it probably took about a minute. Got it done fast and it worked fine right after.

I feel a lot more independent now. It gives me peace of mind in little everyday situations, like when I’m getting around the house, running errands, going from room to room, or just handling things on my own without constantly needing to ask for help. Even simple stuff like making a snack, grabbing the mail, or getting ready for the day feels easier. It’s been a really reassuring change

Hero has been really accurate with my meds so far!!! I was a little nervous it might skip a dose or give me the wrong pills, but it’s been right every time!!! It’s made my mornings way less stressful, and I don’t feel like I have to double-check everything as much anymore!!!

This does help me remember to take my meds, which I appreciate. That said, I’ve been a bit annoyed by some of the unclear communication around how certain reminders or settings work. It’s useful overall, just not as straightforward as I hoped.
